Service / Ownership Context

These are performance-focused gravel pedals with real serviceability. Expect excellent power transfer and fast engagement, with routine bearing service recommended for high-mileage or wet-condition riders.

Fit & Use Signals

  • Good Fit: Gravel racers, endurance riders, cyclocross, and road riders who prefer SPD with a larger platform.
  • Not A Fit: Riders wanting dual-sided MTB entry, casual commuters, or anyone using SPD-SL road cleats.
These are race-oriented SPD pedals. Light, stiff, big platform. Not beginner pedals. Single-sided means you need to flip them to clip in. Faster once you’re used to it, but first-timers struggle. Platform feels closer to road pedals than normal MTB SPD. Riders notice better power transfer right away. Mud shedding is solid thanks to open center, but binding is still SPD — heavy clay will clog eventually. Biggest customer mistake: expecting dual-sided entry like Shimano MTB pedals. That’s not what these are. Q factor adjustment is legit. Most riders run 55mm. Narrower for road feel, wider if knees need space. Bearing system is smooth but needs service if ridden hard in wet gravel. They are rebuildable — that’s a plus. Cleats included, but Shimano SPD cleats also work fine. What riders love: weight, stability, connected feel. What riders complain about: learning curve on single-sided entry, price. Failure points over time: bearings if neglected, cosmetic body scuffs from rock strikes. Who this is really for: gravel racers, fast endurance riders, CX racers who want SPD but hate tiny platforms. Who should avoid: casual riders, people who unclip constantly in traffic, or anyone who wants foolproof dual-sided entry. Mechanic advice: set cleats carefully, start with mid Q spacing, torque crank install properly, and service bearings annually if riding year-round.

One of the very best and most current.
Format: Kindle
This is one of somewhere between 50 and 100 books I have read cover to cover about astral projection, including books written from the 1920s to those currently being written. Silvia's book is in the top 5 of the best of all of them. Her introductory chapters and information are excellent, as are all chapters. This book contains very little superfluous information, but at the same time contains all of the essentials. I have read other books by Silvia and find them extremely well written and insightful. I can highly recommend this book as a first book for those interested in the subject, and also for seasoned individuals and those who are already familiar with the subject. Thank you Silvia for writing this and making it available.

This should be a textbook and literally be taught to everyone on Earth!
Format: Kindle
I was absolutely enthralled the entire time reading this book. I have read books on Lucid dreaming and have been fully lucid a couple of times so far. Astral Travel has definitely been on my list of things I want to learn. This book is so incredibly detailed in every aspect on the subject of Astral Travel. It has inspired me to want to put all my energy into successfully controlling my Astral travels. She lists common misconceptions and dangers to be aware of. She also has detailed outlines of how to journal properly, as to que your subconscious mind of how important it is to you on your conscious level. I always wondered what the difference between Astral travel and Lucid dreaming are and that is also explained in detail. She has so many fantastic methods to apply as you attempt to separate your Astral body from your physical body. I would absolutely 💯 percent suggest this book to anyone looking for valuable information and insight into the art of Astral Travel.
